My goals as a teacher is to be reflective, flexible, and adaptable, in my practice. To be a continuous lifelong learner that is always open to change in my practice. I value relationship that will bring positive change in my learner. My goal is also to inspire my student to wonder, always stay curious, and creative in their learning. I want my students to ask deep questions, that helps their understanding of the learning process. Also, my goal is to facilitate a dynamic learning community of learners; to facilitate inquiry, reflections, collaboration, problem-solving, critical thinking, and innovation skills. As a teacher my goal is to always possess a sense of hope that the students in my care can always do better, using different learning styles, and explaining core concepts of the subject matter. Believing that my students can do better and never giving up on them. As an educator my goal is also hope to create a fun, learning environment for students where it is safe for them to express their ideas ,and contribute to their learning community. I also hope to create a stimulating and engaging lessons that is pivotal to student’s academic success.
